I’m a programme leader turned leadership team coach, facilitator and consultant. I’m passionate about people and determined to help leaders to reset and build strong team cultures that deliver great results - without anyone losing their soul!
I spent my career navigating complexity and providing clarity and support to guide others through transformation. Yet throughout that time, I often felt disconnected from my own path and unclear about my true purpose.
The most fulfilling moments - the best teams, the greatest impact - came when I was part of an aligned, united leadership team, working together toward shared goals. That experience became my compass.
Today, it fuels everything I do: helping leadership teams - and the leaders within them – to reset, reconnect and move from friction to flow - so they can perform at their best.
My approach is personal, practical, and transformational. It’s rooted in empathy, insight and action - and grounded in your operational reality. It is tailored to you - and unique to me.

I’ve led large, complex change programmes and built high-performing teams. I know what works - and what doesn’t - because I’ve lived it. My advice comes from firsthand experience and the clarity of hindsight.

I’ve worked in roles that drained me and dulled my spark. That experience fuels my mission to help leaders reconnect with their purpose and rediscover the joy of leadership - so people can thrive, not just survive.

I challenge the grind and the back-to-back meeting culture that stifles connection, creativity and collaboration. I design spaces for reflection and connection that builds trust and unites teams so work feels energising not exhausting.

I’m not a traditional coach - I am a thinking partner. I listen to what’s being said - and what’s not and reflect it back like a mirror. The best thinking doesn’t happen in the rush. It happens in the pause.

I get people – fast.
I am highly sensitive and attuned to what’s going on - even what’s under the surface. I sense the health of a team quickly and reflect it back with clarity and truth - so you know exactly where to focus to improve performance.

I am so invested in the leaders and teams I work with. Willing them on to be the best they can be. Even when our work comes to an end, I will check in regularly on progress and provide support, encouragement and motivation if you get stuck.
